Jeff is passionate about creating a client relationship built on responsiveness, care, and long-term trust.
For more than two decades, Jeff worked alongside private banking, private client, and wealth management teams at large financial institutions, including J.P. Morgan and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, supporting high-net-worth individuals, primarily on the lending side. He learned a great deal working at large, established firms, even as he saw how organizational priorities could at times outweigh what was best for the client.
That experience stayed with him and shaped how he approaches his work today.
Even while working at large institutions, Jeff chose to keep his own personal assets with NorthStar Advisory Group. As a client for several years before joining the firm, he experienced the difference firsthand—a planning-first, fiduciary approach built around transparency, thoughtful guidance, and long-term partnership. When the opportunity arose to join NorthStar, the decision felt natural.
Today, as Relationship Manager at NorthStar, Jeff serves as both an advisor and a primary point of contact for clients—helping them navigate decisions, coordinate conversations, and feel confident at every stage of the planning process.
He is deeply service-oriented and known for his responsiveness, calm demeanor, and ability to translate complexity into clear next steps. Jeff’s perspective on financial markets and consumer finance has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and other national media outlets, reflecting his experience working with clients through meaningful financial moments.
Jeff lives in Charleston, South Carolina, and regularly travels to Philadelphia and New York City, where he maintains strong personal and professional ties. Outside of work, he’s an avid fan of live music and college football and values staying active, spending time with family and friends, and maintaining balance.
